Obama will deliver an Oval Office address to the country about what the federal government is doing to keep Americans safe following the deadly San Bernardino, Calif., terror attack.
This will be the third televised Oval Office address of Obama's presidency, and his first in more than five years.

He will reiterate his firm conviction that ISIL will be destroyed and that the United States must draw upon our values – our unwavering commitment to justice, equality and freedom – to prevail over terrorist groups that use violence to advance a destructive ideology.
