‘A Failure of Politics’: Obama Speaks Out About Midterms, Iraq and the Difference Between Campaigning and Governing

You are truly delusional if you think a ”a failure of politics” is the reason you have failed as President.
You are a FAILED LEADER, and your policies are so diametrically opposed to the founding principles of this Nation and to our Constitution, that there is no way short of fomenting a revolution that you would ever get them passed.

Less than a week after his party was slammed in the midterm elections, President Barack Obama took to the air to discuss things — and he said he’s finally learned the difference between campaigning and governing.

In a wide-ranging interview on CBS’ “Face the Nation” Sunday morning, Obama covered a lot of territory.

He said he was “never gonna say never” to more troops in Iraq, he shouldered some of the blame for the shellacking Democrats took in Tuesday’s midterm elections and he challenged Republicans to pass immigration reform, saying “nobody is stopping them” from passing laws that would supersede the executive actions he’s promised to take.

As the Washington Free Beacon sardonically noted, Obama also took the opportunity to acknowledge that “campaigning and governance are two different things.”

Obama went on to claim that, while he is a good campaigner, he’s suffered ”a failure of politics” when it comes to plugging his ideas in the halls of government.
