Shocker: Gun used in Paris terrorist attack part of Fast and Furious gun walking op

One of the guns used by terrorists to shoot up Paris on November 13 of last year originated in Phoenix,, AZ and was sold illegally as part of the Fast and Furious gun walking operation.

And ATF agents did their best to cover up that information.
A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

The investigative follow up of the Paris weapon consisted of tracking a paper trail using a 4473 form, which documents a gun’s ownership history by, among other things, using serial numbers. The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations—for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic—but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual. Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner’s identity was “kept quiet,” according to law enforcement sources involved with the case. “Agents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,” a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.

It’s not clear if the agency, which is responsible for cracking down on the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, did this because the individual was involved in the Fast and Furious gun-running scheme. An ATF spokesman, Corey Ray, at the agency’s Washington D.C. headquarters told Judicial Watch that “no firearms used in the Paris attacks have been traced” by the agency. When asked about the ROI report linking the weapon used in Paris to Phoenix, Ray said “I’m not familiar with the report you’re referencing.” Judicial Watch also tried contacting the Phoenix ATF office, but multiple calls were not returned.
The only language these people understand is the language of lawsuits. You have to pry information from them using the federal courts, who have been more than cooperative in getting government to open up and disclose their wrongdoing. In this case, leaks from within the law enforcement community aided Judicial Watch in their investigation. If the documents still exist that confirm this info, they were likely destroyed long ago with other Fast and Furious docs.

I'm sure the French government would be very interested in following up on this investigation. But if the denial by ATF is any indication, the stonewall will continue and French intelligence will be denied access to any helpful information.

Federal Judge Upholds Controversial Voter ID Laws In 3 States Obama asked to show ID while voting in Chicago in 2012?

Obama was ask to show I.D to Vote In Chicago In 2012  and the race card was not used here? why?

A federal judge has ruled that states can enact laws to prevent voter fraud by requiring voters to show identification at the polls.
The League of Women Voters and the Obama administration tried to block voter ID laws in Kansas, Alabama and Georgia. Their argument was that federal laws do not require ID and thus the states were imposing an extra burden on people who wanted to vote.
However, Judge Richard J. Leon sided with the states and ruled against the administration.

It’s Tragic’: Amid Spike in Killings, Chicago Officer Says Police Are Afraid to Do Their Jobs

It’s Tragic’: Amid Spike in Killings, Chicago Officer Says Police Are Afraid to Do Their Jobs

he level of gun-related violence in Chicago has risen to alarming heights, with more than 1,500 shootingsso far this year.
An analysis of Chicago crime statistics released in April suggested a direct correlation between the spike in citywide violence and the release of the Laquan McDonald police shooting video in November, as well as the protests, reforms and policing investigations that followed.

Earlier this month, a Chicago watchdog group released hundreds of videos of officer-involved shootings following policy recommendation from the Police Accountability Task Force that was adopted by Mayor Rahm Emanuel (D) in February to promote transparency within the city’s police department.
Amid accusations of racism and corruption, the public perception of law enforcement has spiraled in such a way that has made many Chicago Police Department officers fearful of doing their jobs.

House GOP Report: Despite Eyewitness Accounts, Clinton, Obama Administration Pushed False Video Explanation for Benghazi

The claim that the fatal 2012 Benghazi terrorist attacks were sparked by an anti-Muslim video was crafted in Washington by Obama administration appointees and reflected neither eyewitness nor real-time reports from the Americans under siege, according to the final report of the GOP-led Benghazi Select Committee.
The GOP report, released Tuesday, followed by less than a day a report by the Democrats on the panel saying that security at the Benghazi, Libya facility was “woefully inadequate” but former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton never personally denied any requests from diplomats for additional protection.

Watch Benghazi Select Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., and committee member Rep. Susan Brooks, R-Ind., Monday at 6 p.m. ET on Fox News' “Special Report with Bret Baier.”
According to portions of the Republican report reviewed by Fox News, one U.S. agent at the American outpost in Benghazi, whose name was withheld for security reasons, told the committee he first heard “some kind of chanting.”

Obama Did Not Ask for an Intel Brief the Day After the Benghazi Attack, He was to busy flying off to Los Vegas

Among the many revelations that will emerge from the voluminous majority report of the Benghazi Select Committee when it is released Tuesday is this one: Barack Obama skipped his daily intelligence briefing one day after the Benghazi attacks on September 11, 2012. The president's briefer handed a written copy of the presidential daily briefing to a White House usher and then briefed Jack Lew, who was then serving as White House chief of staff. But Obama, who sometimes avails himself of the oral briefing that is offered along the written intelligence product, did not ask for such a briefing the day after the attacks on U.S. facilities in Libya.
That disclosure came during the Benghazi committee's transcribed interview with the executive coordinator of Obama's presidential daily briefing (or PDB, for short), a veteran intelligence officer who rose through the ranks in Army intelligence and then the Defense Intelligence Agency before serving as the president's top briefer. It is buried deep in the committee's report, in Appendix H—a 14-page examination of how that briefer came to include an assessment in the PDB that the Benghazi attacks were likely a planned attack and not a protest gone awry. It's not unusual for Obama to skip his oral briefing, but his decision to pass on the PDB on September 12, 2012, will no doubt generate additional questions.

The disclosure also sheds some additional light on the president's engagement during and after the attacks—an area that has remained something of a black hole throughout previous Benghazi investigations. The White House has provided little detail on Obama's activities throughout the Benghazi attacks and their aftermath, refusing to answer to questions from journalists about the president's whereabouts and actively working to keep information from investigators with the Select Committee. During the interview with the president's briefer, a lawyer from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, who sat in on the session, twice ended exchanges between committee staff and the briefer.

Obama has NEVER criticized Islam. He has made it a habit to criticize Christians at every turn.Obama lectures Christians on tolerance, ALINSKY RULES THAT EXPLAIN OBAMA’S WORDS AND DEEDS

To read or order David Horowitz's pamphlet, Barack Obama’s Rules for Revolution: The Alinsky Model, click here.
In spite of the media’s conspicuous silence on the matter, it is no secret that Saul Alinsky’s manual for “community organizers”—Rules for Radicals—exerted an immeasurable influence over the world’s most well recognized community organizer, President Barack Obama.  Thus, to understand why Obama does what he does, we need to be familiar with the vision that Alinsky delineated in his book.
Below are six ideas, six “rules,” that the Godfather of community organizing packs between the covers of Rules, ideas that Obama’s imbibed hook, line, and sinker.
(1). Politics is all about power relations, but to advance one’s power, one must couch one’s positions in the language of morality.
Community organizers are “political realists” who “see the world as it is: an arena of power politics moved primarily by perceived immediate self-interests, where morality is rhetorical rationale for expedient action and self-interest” (12).
(2). There is only three kinds of people in the world: rich and powerful oppressors, the poor and disenfranchised oppressed, and the middle-class whose apathy perpetuates the status quo.
“The world as it is” is a rather simple world.  From this perspective, the world consists of but three kinds of people: “the Haves, the Have-Nots, and the Have-a-Little, Want Mores.”  The Haves, possessing, as they do, all of “the power, money, food, security, and luxury,” resist the “change” necessary to relieve the Have-Nots of the “poverty, rotten housing, disease, ignorance, political impotence, and despair” from which they suffer (18).
The Have-a-Little, Want Mores comprise what we call “the middle class.”  While Alinsky believes that this group “is the genesis of creativity,” (19) he also claims that it supplies the world with its “Do-Nothings.” The Do-Nothings are those who “profess a commitment to social change for ideals of justice, equality, and opportunity, and then abstain from and discourage all effective action for change [.]”  Alinsky remarks that in spite of their reputable appearances, the Do-Nothings are actually “invidious” (20).
This being so, they are as resistant to change as are the Haves.
(3). Change is brought about through relentless agitation and “trouble making” of a kind that radically disrupts society as it is.
Since both the middle and upper classes have none of the organizer’s passion for radical change, he must do his best to “stir up dissatisfaction and discontent [.]”  He must “agitate to the point of conflict.”  The organizer “dramatizes…injustices” and engages in “‘trouble making’ by stirring up” just those “angers, frustrations, and resentments” (117) that will eventuate in the “disorganization of the old and organization of the new” (116 emphasis original).  He is determined to give rise to as much “confusion” and “fear” as possible (127).
(4). There can be no conversation between the organizer and his opponents.  The latter must be depicted as being evil.
If his compulsion to “agitate” makes it sound as if the organizer is disinclined to converse with those with whom he disagrees, that is because, well, he is. Alinsky is blunt on this point: “You don’t communicate with anyone purely on the rational facts or ethics of an issue” (89).    It is true that “moral rationalization is indispensable,” (43) that the organizer must “clothe” one’s goals and strategies with “moral arguments” (36). But there can be no conversation with one’s opponents, for to converse with them is to humanize them.
The organizer’s objective is to demonize those who stand in the way of his designs for change.
The reason for this is simple: “Men will act when they are convinced that their cause is 100 per cent on the side of the angels and that the opposition [is] 100 per cent on the side of the devil.” The organizer “knows that there can be no action until issues are polarized to this degree” (78).
Elaborating on this theme, Alinsky asserts that in “charging that so-and-so is a racist bastard and then diluting” this “with qualifying remarks such as ‘He is a good churchgoing man, generous to charity, and a good husband,’” one convicts oneself of “political idiocy” (134).  The winning strategy is to “pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it” (130 emphases original).
(5). The organizer can never focus on just a single issue.  He must move inexhaustibly from one issue to the next.
The organizer “must develop multiple issues,” (76) for “multiple issues mean constant action and life” (78).  Alinsky explains: “A single issue is a fatal strait jacket that…drastically limits” the organizer’s “appeal,” but “multiple issues…draw in…many potential members essential to the building of a broad, mass-based organization” (120).  The only “way to keep the action going” is by “constantly cutting new issues as the action continues, so that by the time the enthusiasm and the emotions for one issue have started to de-escalate, a new issue” has emerged “with a consequent revival” (161).
(6). Taunt one’s opponents to the point that they label you a “dangerous enemy” of “the establishment.”
Finally, in order “to put the organizer on the side of the people, to identify him with the Have-Nots,” it is imperative that he “maneuver and bait the establishment so that it will publicly attack him as a ‘dangerous enemy’” (100).
Just because Barack Obama has left behind the low-income Chicago communities in which he once agitated doesn’t mean that he left behind the skills as a community agitator that he learned from Saul Alinsky.  Rather, he now regardsthe country as his community to organize as he sees fit.
Obama not infrequently invokes American ideals, even while he conspires to “fundamentally transform” America.
In spite of what he says, Obama does not want national unity.  There can be no unity with a people who one wants to fundamentally transform.
The President regularly speaks and acts as if there is perpetual class warfare being waged by “the Haves” on “the Have Nots.”  Indeed, this is what he wants for Americans to believe.  It is this desire on his part that accounts for why he spares no occasion to demonize both “the richest one percent” who he accuses of refusing to pay “their fair share,” as well as those Republicans who threaten to impede his plans to raise taxes.
Again, Obama does not want unity.  He wants division.
Obama constantly moves from one divisive issue to the next, from Obamacare to gun-control, from amnesty for illegal immigrants to support for “same-sex marriage.”  We see now why this is so.
Obama does not want unity.  He wants to keep the country as polarized and disoriented as possible.

This video was put together by Sean Hannity, and it’s not a complete compilation of his anti-Christian quotes. There are many. But you will not find ANYTHING negative about Islam. In fact, in his last comment about him listening to “less than loving expressions by Christians, I get concerned,” is a joke.

Below is a list of atrocities by Muslims, pre-Easter for almost every year of the Obama administration. While criticizing Christians who have kill NO Muslim for the sake of God, Obama said NOTHING, NOT ONE WORD against Islam. The fact that this anti-Christian, anti-American moron attacked Christians on our holiest of days is telling.

Obama Lied About care Liar Call Trump a Con Man: So Obama Now playing The Hate Card Amd The Use-Less Closed Mind Card?

Remember the Obamacare Liar-in-Chief telling us that we would get to keep our insurance plans and keep our doctors if we wanted to under the so-called Affordable Care Act? Of course you do. But Obama thinks you can be made to forget if he doubles down on his nonsense.

Get that? “We don’t have time for charlatans and we don’t have time for hatred and we don’t have time for bigotry and we don’t have time for flimflam.”

(I won’t bother to deal with two of the lies in that quote: “hatred” and “bigotry.” On hatred, that is obviously a special tool of “progressives.” On bigotry, it is unfortunate that Republican officials are doing all they can to help the president lie.)

The admitted and documented Obamacare liar thinks he is in a position to condemn someone as a charlatan who speaks flimflam. And the media will never call him on it. The networks will not mock him for it. The New York Times and the rest of the crew of “progressives” will either not mention it or take it seriously as a critique of Trump

Obama Mocks Donald Trump For Golf Course Trip? Really Obama look , Who Taking?

Barack Obama mocked presumptive nominee Donald Trump for appearing at his golf course in Scotlandafter the United Kingdom voted to exit the European Union.

During a fundraiser in Seattle, Obama explained his trip to the Global Entrepreneur Summit in California with Mark Zuckerberg and met young people around the world who were starting their own businesses.
“Now, this of course was against the backdrop of Brexit, and the nominee of the presidency for the other party at a golf course,” he said mockingly as the audience laughed. Obama dismissed Brexit as “a reaction to the world shrinking and interconnectedness.”
Obama also condemned Republicans for blocking his agenda in Washington D.C.

“Unfortunately, sometimes this gets reported as Washington not working,” he said. “No, it’s not Washington not working. It is a party that has decided that their approach to maintaining power is to make sure that Washington does not work, and to breed cynicism, and to discourage voting in pursuit of either protecting the status quo and the special interests that they represent, or in pursuit of an ideological fixation on small government for the sake of small government.”

Declaring GOP rhetoric a detriment to progress, Obama even borrowed Hillary Clinton's campaign slogan of "stronger together" to argue for unity in the country.

"We don't have time for charlatans and we don't have time for bigotry and we didn't have time for film-flam and we don't have the luxury of just popping off and saying whatever comes to the tops of our heads," Obama said during the Friday evening event, held for 3,000 supporters of Washington State Gov. Jay Inslee, a Democrat.
Obama had likely hoped to use his barbed language about Donald Trump — who he avoids naming, but whose policies and style Obama has plainly slammed — during a campaign stop for Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee.
The pair were scheduled to campaign together in Wisconsin a week and a half ago, the debut of what Democrats hope will be a power-team against Trump ahead of the November election.
But the mass shooting in Orlando delayed the event, and no replacement date has yet been named.
Obama instead used Friday's event to test-drive barbs against Republicans, including suggesting the party is exploiting the economic fears of white, middle-class Americans for political gain.
"Unfortunately, when people are anxious and scared, there are going to be politicians out there who try to prey on that frustration to get themselves headlines and get themselves votes. And that's what the Republicans have been doing for a while now," Obama said.
He worked to characterize the entire party as in lock-step with Trump, even as the party's embrace of their presumptive nominee remains somewhat loose.
"It's the story they've been telling, not just the guy at the top of the ticket, but up and down the ticket," Obama said.
In his remarks, Obama didn't reference Friday's results from the British referendum on exiting the European Union. But he did push back on the type of politics that many view as fueling the "leave" campaign, suggesting that divisions and isolation would pull the country backward.
"Between dividing ourselves up, looking for scapegoats, ignoring the evidence, or not realizing that we are all stronger together — if we turn against each other, whether it's divisions of race or religion, we're not going to build on the progress we've started," Obama said.
He continued: "If we get cynical and just vote our fears, or just don't vote at all, we're not going to build on the progress we've started."

A Federal Judge Reeled In The Obama White House, Striking Down Regulations On Fracking

A federal judge appointed by President Obama struck down the administration’s regulation on hydraulic fracturing on federal lands on Tuesday, ruling that the Interior Department does not have congressional authority to regulate fracking.

The decision is a major loss for the administration, which worked for years to update its oil and natural gas drilling regulations to account for dramatic increases and innovations in fracking.

Judge Scott Skavdahl of the District Court of Wyoming agreed with the arguments of industry groups and a handful of Western states that said Congress had expressly forbidden Interior from getting into fracking with a 2005 law, with few exceptions.
“Congress has not delegated to the Department of Interior the authority to regulate hydraulic fracturing,” Skavdahl wrote in his opinion published late Tuesday. “The [Bureau of Land Management’s] effort to do so through the Fracking Rule is in excess of its statutory authority and contrary to law.”
This is one of the many setbacks for the Obama administration’s energy agenda. In February, the Supreme Court issued a stay on the Clean Power Plan’s regulations for power plants. The plan is an ambitious effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by almost 30 percent by 2025 from 2005 levels. In the process, the CPP aims to torpedo the home budgets of almost everyone, including fixed-income seniors, due to increased energy costs. The plan seems to target rural Americans and pretty much every state that didn’t vote for Obama in 2012. Over half the states oppose the plan, with Democratic and Republican attorneys general filing a lawsuit over the plan.

To shed light on the massive increase in energy costs, West Virginia, already battered by Obama’s war on coal, is expected to see their bills rise by 20 percent. That’s devastating to any family. For those in the African American and Hispanic communities, the CPP could gut millions of jobs.
On September 6, 2016, states are required to turn over their blueprints for how they will tweak their respective economies to accommodate the CPP’s emissions goal. States that need more time could file an extension on the same day in lieu of a blueprint. States that do neither will be forced to adopt a federal model until they can draft a plan that’s agreeable to CPP.

So, while this is another legal victory against the over-regulatory state that Obama administration wants to impose, let’s not forget that the president is winning the war on coal. He’s forced into bankruptcy Peabody Energy, the largest private-sector coal company in the world due to his stringent regulations. As the legal war over CPP rages, Americans already know that their energy bills are bound to go up if the Obama White House emerges victorious. This underreported aspect of Obama’s regulatory agenda could be far more impactful on the socioeconomic fabric of the country than Obamacare. One thing is certain. If Hillary Clinton is elected in November, this plan will go into effect. Count on that.
