IRS Commissioner #1 Cabinet Visitor to White House and Obama Knew Nothing?

Barack Obama has claimed that he knew nothing about the IRS scandal involving the targeting of tea party and other conservative groups.  In fact, he claims to have known nothing about Benghazi, Fast and Furious and the DOJ scandal involving AP reporters.  I haven’t heard him say anything about the EPA targeting of conservative groups, but I’m sure he’d say he nothing about it either.  It seems that Obama is the greatest know-nothing president we’ve ever had.

The more information that comes out concerning the IRS scandal, I don’t see how Obama didn’t know about the targeting and I’m convinced that he knew it months before the 2012 elections.

According to publicly released records, IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman visited the White House more than any other member of Obama’s Cabinet.  In hearings before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, it was made known that 118 of Shulman’s 157 White House visits were made during the period that IRS agents were intentionally targeting tea party and conservatives.  In fact, he visited the White House more times than the combined visits of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius and Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano.
The number of White House visits released to public records are as follows:
  • IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman – 157
  • Acting Secretary of Commerce Rebecca Blank – 86
  • Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez – 83
  • Nominee for Secretary of Commerce Penny Prtizker – 76
  • Attorney General Eric Holder – 62
  • Secretary of State John Kerry – 49
  • Former Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner – 48
  • Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton – 43
  • Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano – 34
  • Secretary of the Department of Education Arne Duncan – 31
  • Former Secretary of the Department of Energy Steven Chu – 22
  • Former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates – 17
When asked in the committee hearings, Shulman came up with a whole list of reasons why he visited the White House so often, including attending the Easter Egg Roll with his kids.  Listening to his excuses was like listening to a kid who got caught taking cookies from the cookie jar, but gave mom 20 different excuses rather than admitting his infraction.

Shulman knew about the illegal targeting at least 5 months before the November election and made over 100 White House visits during the times the targeting was occurring.  Now we are supposed to believe that Obama knew nothing about the scandal until just recently?  This is why the American people have no respect or trust in our government leaders, especially in Obama, our Liar in Chief!

Liberal Prof on Amnesty of 11 Million Illegal Aliens: ‘They’ll Be Supporting All of Us In Our Retirement Age’

A law professor and senior fellow at the liberal Center for American Progress (CAP) argued at a panel discussion on Wednesday that Senate legislation to give amnesty to some 11 million illegal aliens would allow them to replace retiring Baby Boomers in the workforce and support them and other retired Americans.
CAP’s Robert Lynch said at the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington, D.C. that the immigration reform  bill being pushed in the Senate (S. 744) is not just a benefit to the illegal aliens who would be given legal status and a pathway to citizenship.

“This is about benefits for the whole nation,” Lynch said, adding that some 60 million Baby Boomers are retiring over the next 20 years and only about 53 million U.S. citizens will be entering the workforce to replace them.

“We’re going to be short about 7 million people – just replacing the Baby Boomers who are retiring,” Lynch said. “The illegal immigrants who are here are on average 34 years old.”

“They are going to be paying into the Social Security system, Medicare, Medicaid, taxes in the U.S. system for the next 20, 25 years when the bulk of the Baby Boomers are retiring,” Lynch said.

“And they’ll be supporting all of us in our retirement age,” Lynch said. “And they will allow us to do exactly what we have done in the past – it is the workforce of the present that pays for the benefits of those who are in retirement today.”

“So it is elderly Americans who most need those 11 million immigrants to come in here,” Lynch said. “And once they come in here and we see this explosion in their productivity, it will be good for the economy, it will be good for the native born as well as the undocumented.”

Others on the panel disagreed.

Robert Rector, senior research fellow of domestic policy at the conservative Heritage Foundation, cited his May 6 report on the fiscal impact of the proposed immigration law, which he predicts will cost taxpayers $6.3 trillion.

Steven Camarota, director of research for the Center for Immigration Studies, also argued that the cost to taxpayers would outweigh any benefits of legalizing 11 million people. He also said illegal aliens directly compete with American workers, millions of whom are unemployed.

Doug Holtz-Eakin, president of the American Action Forum who led the Congressional Budget Office in the George W. Bush administration and was an advisor to Republican presidential candidate John McCain, spoke in favor of the immigration bill, saying it would help illegal aliens and the U.S. economy.

Protests Grow Amid Discovery of Genetically Modified U.S. Wheat:Among other things, George Soros backed Move On.org said it plans to call out “key members of Congress who are supporting Monsanto over the public interest.”

(CNSNews.com) – The discovery of genetically engineered wheat on an Oregon farm is having economic repercussions for the United States, at a time when protests against this type of food are growing.
Japan, one of the largest export markets for U.S. wheat growers, has suspended some imports of U.S. wheat, the Associated Press reported. Katsuhiro Saka, a counselor at the Japanese Embassy in Washington, told the AP that his country is waiting for more information from the Agriculture Department as it investigates the discovery.

The USDA announced the discovery of the unapproved, genetically altered, herbicide-resistant wheat in Oregon on Wednesday, reigniting protests from the liberal advocacy group MoveOn.org, which accuses the "evil" Monsanto of making a secret deal with the USDA to keep selling genetically engineered seeds that are not labeled as such.

The USDA said on Wednesday that plant samples from an Oregon farm showed the presence of  genetically engineered (GE) wheat.

“Further testing by USDA laboratories indicates the presence of the same GE glyphosate-resistant wheat variety that Monsanto was authorized to field test in 16 states from 1998 to 2005,” the news release said. “There are no GE wheat varieties approved for sale or in commercial production in the United States or elsewhere at this time.”

But USDA also said the detection of this particular wheat variety “does not pose a food safety concern.” In fact, it added, based on Food and Drug Administration findings, “this variety is as safe as non-GE wheat currently on the market.”

Nevertheless, USDA said it is “taking this situation very seriously” and it has launched a formal investigation to find out “how it happened.”

Asked about the discovery of the Oregon GE wheat on Thursday, a White House spokesman said he didn’t want to “get ahead” of the USDA investigation.

“We certainly have been in touch with our trading partners on this issue, but there's no indication at all at this point, based on the FDA's review, that there's any threat to food safety,” spokesman Josh Earnest said.
'No GMO'

Even before this week’s confirmation of GE wheat in Oregon, protests have been building against “genetically modified organisms,” or GMOs for short.

Protesters chanted “Heck no GMO” in front of the White House last Saturday during one of the largest of many demonstrations worldwide against GMOs.

Organizers said their “March against Monsanto” protests took place in more than 420 cities across the globe on Saturday, following Senate rejection of an amendment to the farm bill requiring GMOs to be labeled as such.

The amendment would have allowed the states to require that “any food, beverage, or other edible product offered for sale have a label on indicating that the food, beverage, or other edible product contains a genetically engineered ingredient.”

Critics of Monsanto, one the largest seed distributors in the world, claim that the genetically modified seeds could have harmful, long-term effects on people's health and the environment. Some of the signs held up outside the White House read: “Seeds of Destruction”; “Just say no to Monsanto”; “Seeds belong to nature”; and “Hell no GMO.”

“The way you want to avoid GMOs is buying organic food,” said one protest leader nicknamed “Gene-etic.”  “The USDA seal -- the little green seal on the front or the back of your food -- is the only way that you can buy processed food in America that doesn’t have a generically engineered ingredient. The status quo is, you’re either organic or everything else.”

Monsanto addresses the push for labeling GMO foods on its website: “We oppose current initiatives to mandate labeling of ingredients developed from GM seeds in the absence of any demonstrated risks. Such mandatory labeling could imply that food products containing these ingredients are somehow inferior to their conventional or organic counterparts.”

Monsanto noted that the Food and Drug Administration does require labeling of GMO food products if there is a “meaningful difference between that food and its conventional counterpart.” It also says the American Medical Association supports the FDA’s food labeling approach.

But the protests are not over. According to MoveOn.org, "A massive backlash is growing” against Monsanto and against those in Congress who rejected the labeling of genetically modified foods.
In a message to supporters on Thursday, MoveOn.org requested donations to help “fight back against Monsanto” with protests and lobbying campaigns.

Among other things, MoveOn.org said it plans to call out “key members of Congress who are supporting Monsanto over the public interest.”

File Under Liberal Hate Speech: Ohio State President: 'You Just Can't Trust Those Damn Catholics'

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The president of Ohio State University said Notre Dame was never invited to join the Big Ten conference because the university's priests are not good partners, joking that "those damn Catholics" can't be trusted, according to a recording of a meeting he attended late last year.

Gordon Gee also took shots at schools in the Southeastern Conference and the University of Louisville, according to the recording of the December meeting of the school's Athletic Council that The Associated Press obtained under a public records request.

The university called the statements inappropriate and said Gee is undergoing a "remediation plan" because of the remarks.

Gee was on a long-planned family vacation and unavailable for comment, Ohio State spokeswoman Gayle Saunders said. He apologized in a statement released to the AP.

"The comments I made were just plain wrong, and in no way do they reflect what the university stands for," he said in the statement. "They were a poor attempt at humor and entirely inappropriate. There is no excuse for this and I am deeply sorry."

Gee, who has taken heat before for uncouth remarks, told members of the council that he negotiated with Notre Dame officials during his first term at Ohio State, which began more than two decades ago.
"The fathers are holy on Sunday, and they're holy hell on the rest of the week," Gee said to laughter at the Dec. 5 meeting attended by Athletic Director Gene Smith, several other athletic department members, professors and students.

"You just can't trust those damn Catholics on a Thursday or a Friday, and so, literally, I can say that," said Gee, a Mormon.

The Big Ten had for years courted Notre Dame, but the school resisted as it sought to retain its independent status in college football. In September, the school announced that it would join the Atlantic Coast Conference in all sports except football and hockey but would play five football games each year against ACC teams.

In the recording, Gee referred specifically to dealing with the Rev. Ned Joyce, Notre Dame's longtime executive vice president, who died in 2004.

"Father Joyce was one of those people who ran the university for many, many years," Gee said.
Gee said the Atlantic Coast Conference added Notre Dame at a time when it was feeling vulnerable.
"Notre Dame wanted to have its cake and eat it, too," Gee said, according to the recording and a copy of the meeting's minutes.

Notre Dame spokesman Dennis Brown called the remarks regrettable, especially the reference to Joyce, "who served Notre Dame and collegiate athletics so well and for so long." Gee contacted Notre Dame's president, the Rev. John Jenkins, to offer an apology, which was accepted, Brown said Thursday in an email, declining to say when the apology was made.

Notre Dame has a storied collegiate football history and is perhaps the nation's pre-eminent Roman Catholic university. Ohio State, with about 56,000 students on its main campus, is among the country's biggest universities, and it has its own long football tradition.

A message was left with Smith, the Ohio State athletic director who attended the December meeting and who also is a 1977 Notre Dame graduate. NCAA President Mark Emmert declined to comment, saying he hadn't heard the remarks.

Ohio State's Athletic Council meets monthly during the fall, winter and spring and makes recommendations on athletic policy including ticket prices. December's meeting was at Ohio Stadium.

Gee was introduced by Athletic Council then-chairman Charlie Wilson, and Gee's name and introduction are included in written minutes of the meeting. His comments drew laughter, at times loud, occasionally nervous, but no rebukes, according to the audio.

Ohio State trustees learned of Gee's "offensive statements" in January, met with the president at length and created the remediation plan for Gee to "address his behavior," board president Robert Schottenstein said in a statement.

Comments by a university leader about "particular groups, classes of people or individuals are wholly unacceptable," Schottenstein said. "These statements were inappropriate, were not presidential in nature and do not comport with the core values of the university."

Gee has gotten in trouble before for offhand remarks, most recently during a memorabilia-for-cash and tattoos scandal under football coach Jim Tressel's watch.

Gee was asked in March 2011 whether he had considered firing Tressel. He responded: "No, are you kidding? Let me just be very clear: I'm just hopeful the coach doesn't dismiss me." Tressel stepped down three months later.

In November 2010, Gee boasted that Ohio State's football schedule didn't include teams on par with the "Little Sisters of the Poor." An apologetic Gee later sent a personal check to the real Little Sisters of the Poor in northwest Ohio and followed up with a visit to the nuns months later.

Last year, Gee apologized for comparing the problem of coordinating the school's many divisions to the Polish army, a remark that a Polish-American group called bigoted and ignorant.

In 1992, in a moment of frustration over higher-education funding, Gee told a student newspaper reporter, "the governor's a damn dummy." Then-Gov. George Voinovich laughed it off, and the two became allies.
Gee was named the country's best college president in 2010 by Time magazine, and he has one of the highest-profile resumes of any college leader in recent history. He has held the top job at West Virginia University, the University of Colorado, Brown University and Vanderbilt University. He was Ohio State president from 1990 to 1997 and returned in 2007.

Gee, 69, earns about $1.9 million annually in base pay, deferred and performance compensation and retirement benefits.

He is a prolific fundraiser and is leading a $2.5 billion campaign at Ohio State. He is omnipresent on campus, attending everything from faculty awards events to dormitory pizza parties. He is known for his bow ties — he has hundreds — and his horn-rimmed glasses.

During his comments to the Athletic Council, Gee also questioned the academic integrity of schools in the Southeastern Conference and the University of Louisville.

The top goal of Big Ten presidents is to "make certain that we have institutions of like-minded academic integrity," Gee said. "So you won't see us adding Louisville," which is also joining the ACC.
After a pause followed by laughter from the audience, Gee added that the Big Ten wouldn't add the University of Kentucky, either.

Louisville spokesman Mark Hebert said the university accepted Gee's apology but planned to forward Gee information about the upward trajectory of its academic and athletic programs. Kentucky president Eli Capilouto declined to comment.

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/ohio-state-president-you-just-cant-trust-those-damn-catholics

During the meeting, Gee also said he thought it was a mistake not to include Missouri and Kansas in earlier Big Ten expansion plans. Missouri has since joined the SEC.

"You tell the SEC when they can learn to read and write, then they can figure out what we're doing," Gee said when asked by a questioner how to respond to SEC fans who say the Big Ten can't count because it now has 14 members.

Gee noted he was chairman of the SEC during his time as Vanderbilt University chancellor. He also told the audience that speculation about the SEC "remains right here," according to the recording.

Despite his SEC comments, Gee gave the commencement address at an SEC institution — Louisiana State University's Health Sciences Center — on May 16, Ohio State confirmed. Gee's daughter is assistant professor of Public Health and Medicine at Louisiana State University.

Gee took a swipe at Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delany, one of the most powerful leaders in college athletics, when he answered a question about preserving Ohio State's financial interests in light of Big Ten revenue-sharing plans.

"No one admires Jim Delany more than I do. I chaired the committee that brought him here," Gee said. "Jim is very aggressive, and we need to make certain he keeps his hands out of our pockets while we support him."

Gee's comments "were inappropriate and in no way represent the opinions of the conference," Delany said in a statement, adding he had apologized to Notre Dame and the SEC.

SEC Commissioner Mike Slive said Gee called to apologize for the comments about a week ago, saying they might become public. Delany called after that, also to apologize. Both apologies were accepted, Slive said.

"Our focus is on the SEC," he said Thursday. "Our goal is to make us better, and we've been very successful and we're comfortable here. There really isn't much more to add to that."

Obama administration has picked a fight with Iran and Russia in Syria which could trigger World War III? Whistleblower Exclusive: The Benghazi cover-up is the proxy battle with the war with Iran

he immediate concern for the Obama-Clinton regime after the attack in Benghazi was to cover up the connection with Iran and Syria to Ansar al Sharia and Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), according to my Benghazi whistleblower source. The attack in Benghazi that killed four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, was not a terrorist attack; it was a nation-state attack, an escalation of war, and an opening of a new front in the tit for tat conflict with Iran and by extension their proxy partner Russia that is now being fought in Syria.

or anyone who thinks Americans will be told that Benghazi was a nation-state attack by ex-CIA chief David Petraeus in the near future they are in for a disappointment. He is part of the problem and has been for years. He sold his soul for shiny medals and financial perks and circuses long ago—and as his record shows, he will roll over again and again. Recall how Petraeus fell into lock-step rank-and-file with President Obama and Hillary Clinton when he joined them in falsely misleading America before the 2012 elections by blaming an “out-of-control demonstration prompted by a Youtube video” for the Benghazi attack to the House Intelligence Committee three days after the attack. He’s as dirty as they are.

n addition, tell me please, how can a man who sends troops to war, on multiple deployments, with duffle bags full of medications, under suicidal, unwinnable polices like catch and release and COIN, while watching the military suicide numbers soar (22 a day or one every 65 minutes) have a conscience or any sense of right and wrong? To be fair that question includes the morally bankrupt Congress, particularly the long serving members who have allowed these policies that are destroying America’s military to continue unabated for years through the Bush and Obama administrations. As I previously reported, Petraeus is getting off easy for simply apologizing about sex. Take the scales off your eyes, and stop idolizing this gravely flawed man with blood on his hands—the “celebrated General,” as some media types call him. By their fruits you shall know them. Indeed, we know David Petraeus and his fruits are rotten to the core—unless Petraeus finds his soul, a conscience, and makes a deal in exchange for criminal leniency, he will keep toeing the line.

Moreover, freshman Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tx) is correct. You can’t trust the Republicans either. As I reported, the Republican Committee in their Benghazi Interim report already rolled over when they shockingly confirmed the administration’s dishonest story that no one was denied help during the Benghazi attack. As their report states: “No U.S. government element refused or denied requests for emergency assistance during the crisis (page 15),” which as I reported was a lie and here’s why. The Republicans have yet to explain why they were wrong when they backed up the Obama-Clinton regime’s latest falsehood, and thus far have refused to answer my queries. Everyone makes mistakes but at least have the decency to admit it and explain what happened.

Therefore it is up to us, you and I, and all the brave whistleblowers and journalists, who at great risk must reveal the truth of Benghazi. “What difference does it make?” declared Hillary Clinton during the Foreign Relations Committee hearings—a big one because the truth of Benghazi affects not only America’s future but the entire world.
Here we go.
Let’s break it down. Remember the pictures of the three suspects that the FBI released in relation to the Benghazi attack on May 1? One of my sources with direct information on Benghazi informed me that of those three terrorists, the one on the right is a Yemeni national who was part of the jihadist group Ansar al Sharia. Ansar Al Sharia, according to Saudi intelligence, is backed, funded and directed by Iran. They are enemies of the Saudis and are trained by Iran’s Quods forces.

Normally, if the FBI is trying to track down bad guys who are possibly involved in something like a terrorist attack that killed Americans, the FBI offers some sort of reward for any information that will lead to their arrest. Notice how that did not happen with the men in Benghazi? Where’s the incentive for anyone to cooperate? As my source explained, “The game was given away when they gave that picture out. They did the same thing with the Boston Marathon bombers—played dumb, even though we now know they knew who these guys were all along. They are doing the same thing with the Benghazi guys. Saudi intelligence and Western intelligence agencies are very aware of who they are.”

It was these Iranian-backed men in the FBI photos, Ansar al Sharia, who went to Benghazi to build up a militia and radicalized some locals. As my source explained, “when you have an Iranian funded group sent into Benghazi to radicalize the locals that means you are in a proxy battle with the war in Iran.” Why? That’s a two-part answer.

First do you think Iran was happy when seven Iranian Red Crescent workers were kidnapped by gunmen in Benghazi on July 31, 2012? Recall how these Red Crescent workers (equivalent to the Red Cross), still held captive during the Benghazi attack, were released less than a month after, and flown out of the Benghazi Benina International Airport. These weren’t your typical aid workers handing out food and supplies. According to my source, they were taken off the streets because they were probing the gunrunning operation into Syria when someone picked them up.

Next it’s been well documented that the Saudis have been heavily involved in everything in Benghazi and Libya in general, the Muslim Brotherhood in the region, as well as supplying arms to the rebels in Syria to overthrow Syrian President Bashar al-Assad—with US assistance despite the line drawn by Russia.
Who else was in Benghazi? A faction of AQIM Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb backed by Syria. Syria, like Iran was in Benghazi. What was going on in Syria? There was gunrunning and arms smuggling from Libya through Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan into Syria as well as bringing in fighters to engage in a war with Syrian President Assad—the backdoor to Iran.

Meanwhile shortly after the Benghazi attacks reports of secret meetings with Obama’s chief advisor, Valerie Jarrett, with representatives of supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Qatar regarding Iran’s nuclear weapons program that had been going on before the Benghazi attack began to widely surface. The Obama administration wanted to announce a breakthrough agreement in Iran’s nuclear standoff—a diplomatic victory to ensure his reelection. While the Obama administration denied these reports, my source confirmed they are true. “The Iranians played them.”

Because the attack in Benghazi was a nation-state attack, with the 2012 elections coming up the Obama-Clinton regime did not want American voters to know that thanks to their under-handed policies of gunrunning into Syria to overthrow Assad with the Saudis that America was in a proxy war with Iran, and by extension their proxy partner Russia. Do you think American voters would have re-elected President Obama had they known that America is about to be pulled into another major conflict?

Nine months later, the administration still doesn’t want the public to know the truth about Benghazi which is why, as the Associated Press reported last week, despite the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) identifying five men who might be responsible for the attack no arrests have been made. “The men remain at large while the FBI gathers evidence”—the same FBI that the Obama-Clinton regime denied access to Benghazi for almost a month after the attack—the perfect way to thwart evidence collection and skew official conclusions as previously reported and documented here.

This is also why President Obama, last week during his speech at Ft. McNair’s National Defense University in Washington, called the attack in Benghazi a “localized” threat. Obviously he doesn’t want you to see the bigger picture that is literally unfolding in the Middle East before your eyes as you read this that his administration is responsible for, the so-called Arab Spring.

What is happening is America is the final stages of the run up to the next major military conflict coming up in the Middle East. But unlike Iraq and Afghanistan or the smaller operations in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya, Syria won’t implode it will explode and spread throughout the region in an epic bloody, deadly Sunni-Shiite conflict. Christians, people of all faiths, non-believers will be persecuted if not outright slaughtered. Think Islamic Caliphate time.

The security and existence of Israel will also be in jeopardy. As Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz recently warned; Israel must prepare for a three-front war, presumably having to defend themselves from Syria, Lebanon, and Iran. Already sectarian violence is flaring up in Lebanon and Syria. On top of Iran’s nuclear program, Israel will have to defend herself from Syria’s massive weapons arsenal that includes “advanced anti-aircraft missiles, anti-ship missiles and surface- to-air missiles. Syria also has large stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons, advanced artillery as well as the other components of a large conventional military force,” reports Caroline Glick. In addition Israel could also become the target of the weapons that went missing from Libya and Col. Muammar Gaddafi’s vast weapons arsenal that the Obama-Clinton funded rebels looted from Gaddafi’s warehouses and includes the most advanced Russian surface-to air missiles, SA-24s that are easily launched from a person’s shoulder or a truck bed that can take down low-flying military and commercial aircraft.

I repeat massive bloodbath ahead, genocide and ethnic cleansing draws near if Obama’s underhanded policies are not stopped. As Time Magazine reported from Libya this magnified nightmare awaits the troops:
Stockpiles of old Soviet artillery shells and land mines gave Iraqis enough car bombs, roadside bombs and suicide vests to run an eight-year insurgency that has killed thousands of Americans and many tens of thousands of Iraqis. “If you just take one of these, you have a car bomb,” [Tom Bouckaert of Human Right’s Watch during an interview in Libya] says, pointing to a box containing 130-mm antitank shells. There are hundreds more stacked in the same room.

A nearby sandy lot holds thousands more antipersonnel and antitank mines, with trip-wire triggers to rig booby traps already available nearby. Hundreds of such stockpiles have been located across Libya. Human Rights Watch found some 60 weapons warehouses in the eastern city of Ajdabiyah alone, all of them looted. “The storage facilities we found in Iraq were minuscule compared to what we’re finding here,” says Bouckaert (emphasis mine).”

One can’t help but ask what did the Obama-Clinton regime think would happen when they funded al Qaeda rebels to topple Gaddafi? Either they are dangerously stupid or this is what they wanted to happen considering they have been gearing up for the next stop Syria for well over a year now. As previously reported, the State Department will not provide an inventory or location of the weapons recovered in Libya as part of the MANPAD weapons recovery program that Hillary Clinton funded using $40 million tax dollars.

Are you awake yet? Is it becoming clear now? I repeat. According to my source, Benghazi was a nation-state attack—not simply a terrorist attack. There has been a U.S. proxy war with Iran since Benghazi. It is heating up by the day.

Look, events are confirming my source’s accuracy. Iranian soldiers and Hezbollah are fighting for Assad in Syria—even the State department had to recently, finally admit this.

Ding! Ding! Russian soldiers and the Syrian Army are fighting the Syrian rebels.
Cannibalism alert! A Syrian rebel, Al Hamad, a Sunni, with a sectarian hatred of Alawite Muslims (that would include Shiites and all other “infidels”), cuts out the heart and lung of a Syrian soldier and eats it.
Now do you understand why Russian President Vladimir Putin recently kept Secretary of State John Kerry waiting for three hours? You know the world is upside down when Putin rightfully distrusts the truth-challenged Kerry who already betrayed his own country and the troops during Vietnam. Moreover, Putin has been warning for over a year the “catastrophic” consequences that would befall if the West and Arab nations persist with their military intervention in Syria which will lead to war with Iran. Obviously, Putin does not want the Muslim Brotherhood on his doorstep either. Would you? (Incidentally, the FBI denied my Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on John Kerry prior to his Secretary of State confirmation. As previously reported, Kerry participated in the Benghazi cover-up as well.)

Still not awake or retreating into denial? Think about this. Could the Saudis, without the U.S./NATO intervention, have overthrown Assad by arming the Syrian rebels alone to install the Muslim Brotherhood and expand their reach? No, if the Saudis could have accomplished that, Assad would have been gone months if not over a year ago. The Saudis need U.S./NATO intervention. Do not be deceived. As reported here, the same applied for Hosni Mubarak in Egypt and Col. Muammar Gaddafi in Libya—two leaders who had banned the Muslim Brotherhood in their countries. Are you awake yet?

Remember when the Benghazi nation-state attack that killed four Americans happened, America was in the final weeks of the 2012 presidential election cycle. A proxy war with Iran could not be known to the public. It was unacceptable for Americans to know that at any time troops could be sent into Syria which will explode into Iran. This is the reason why the Obama-Clinton regime pulled out this obscure Youtube video as the chief culprit to blame for the attack in Benghazi—a YouTube video that doesn’t appear anywhere in their infamous “Talking points” that were repeatedly edited to deceive Americans. The Youtube video was intended to distract the public’s attention to what is really going on in the Middle East. It worked. Indeed. Under a heavy fog of deception Obama was reelected.

Hillary Clinton and the cover-up

If you don’t address the Iranian and Syrian connection to the nation-state attack in Benghazi, you can’t get to the Clintons. Hillary’s starring role is definitely in the Benghazi cover-up because nine months later it still has not been “officially” confirmed whether Ambassador Christopher Stevens was wearing his State Department hat or his CIA hat at the time when he was murdered. What is undeniable is Hillary was one of the first top administration officials to publicly falsely blame the Youtube video. She, with President Obama, appeared in a paid advertisement costing $70,000 to disavow the Youtube video that aired in Pakistan. She lied to Tyrone Woods’ father face about the death of his son. Her State Department self-investigation, the Advisory Review Board (ARB), blamed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and a lack of funding for the Benghazi attack to conceal the truth. Hillary’s friends, Admiral Mike Mullen and Tom Pickering, who headed the ARB, as reported in the fix was in, didn’t bother to interview the Turkish Counsel General who Ambassador Stevens last saw before he was killed—neither have the Republicans thus far. Pickering finally admitted on NBC’s Meet the Press what I and others, like Doug Hagmann, have been reporting for months that the ARB was a rigged travesty. As Pickering put it, “The Accountability Review Board was there to look at the question of security. We did not examine talking points after the fact. It was not in our remit (emphasis mine).” Indeed. A lot was not in Pickering’s remit.

The next time someone, be it in the media, President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry or members of Congress, like the insufferable Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.S.), say the U.S. needs to overthrow Syrian President Assad for humanitarian purposes, ask them what they think will happen next. Are they really so stupid to actually believe that freedom, democracy, unicorns, peace and lollipops will take over Syria after Assad is removed, or will another vacuum be created for the Muslim Brotherhood to fill? A vacuum that will be filled by massive bloodshed, ethnic cleansing, genocide that could set the entire region on fire with American and NATO troops being dragged in to serve the interests of someone else who are using America’s military might to create the United States of Islam. You already can see it happening in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.

Wake up America. Wake up the useful idiots now. The Obama administration has picked a fight with Iran and Russia in Syria which could trigger World War III. It intensified with the Obama-Clinton regime’s gunrunning out of Libya into Syria. As the WSJ reported, Hillary’s State Department provided the “diplomatic cover” in Benghazi. Do not be deceived. Benghazi was a nation-state attack.
By their fruits you shall know them.
You have been warned.

Senate GOP to Obama: You don’t write, you don’t call

We’ve heard of “nerd prom,” the ever-more-questionable celebrity banquet staged by the White House press corps for the President and administration they’re supposed to be covering.  Maybe this is “nerd dating gone wrong,” or something:
Senate Republicans who shared laughs with President Obama over dinner at the Jefferson Hotel in March are grumbling there has since been little follow-through from him on deficit talks.
They say the White House has not set up a process for negotiating controversial reforms to Social Security, healthcare programs and the tax code, and that absence of basic organization has stalled negotiations.

“We’ve made no progress. None,” said a GOP senator who had dinner with President Obama earlier this year. “There’s no process in place. Right now we just have 20 Republican senators meeting and talking to themselves.”
In other words, it’s not enough for Senate Republicans to go out on one date.  They want to, er, go steady:
The lawmaker said Obama needs to sit down regularly with about five or six GOP senators to begin making substantial progress toward a deficit-reduction deal.
It’s easy to criticize the Senate Republicans for complaining about the obvious, but it’s the White House who made this a big PR push.  After the sequester disaster, Barack Obama wanted to be seen as accommodating and bipartisan, reaching out for the first time in years to his opposition — notably in the Senate, where it’s a minority, rather than the House.  They played up the dinner with Senate Republicans as a way to argue that any further opposition to Obama’s plans would be the fault of an obstructionist GOP.  Senate Republicans, who have little standing to propose their own agenda while Harry Reid controls the floor, are merely pointing out the threadbare nature of this PR stunt.

In the House, John Boehner doesn’t make any pretense about wanting to negotiate with Obama, which Politico casts as making Boehner weak:
Boehner is a laid-back guy. In the 15 years these reporters have covered him, he has rarely flashed a temper or gotten too worked up — even off the record — when people are trashing him or making his life difficult. He clearly likes power but doesn’t get the charge most others do about actually using it. He would much rather drink wine with members at night than twist their arms in the daytime.

This can make him look, well, weak. Or, at best, like a bystander in the House he runs.
We had an interesting exchange with him about his power and relationship with Obama that captured this.

Boehner said he hasn’t spoken a word of substance with Obama since the grand bargain collapsed in 2012.

We asked the speaker if he had talked to anyone in the White House in 2013. He paused for several seconds, looked over at two aides, and they all racked their brains. Former White House chief of staff Jack Lew had visited once, after he became treasury secretary. And Boehner said chief of staff Denis McDonough “has called a couple of times. I can’t think of any other.”

“That’s kind of weird, right?” we asked. “You’re the speaker of the House. He’s the president. He has not had a substantive conversation with you in 2013. That’s weird, on both ends. Have you called him?”

“No.”
“Why not? You’ve never called the president and said, ‘Let’s talk about immigration so when it hits the floor

… ‘ ”
“I’m busy trying to organize my own guys,” the speaker replied.
Think about this for a moment: The two most powerful men in the world’s most powerful country haven’t bothered to talk to each other about drones, immigration, debt, taxes or anything else for nearly five months. No wonder Washington is such a mess.
That doesn’t make Boehner look weak.  It makes him look realistic.  Obama burned him the last time Boehner went out on a limb to negotiate with the White House (the so-called “grand bargain”); now he wants to keep his efforts within his own power structure. That means the House can pass its own agenda, but more importantly, act as a check on Obama’s by forcing the Senate to deal with Republican bills.  That cuts Obama out of the loop, forces Harry Reid to take Boehner and the entire House GOP caucus into consideration on any legislation, and puts Boehner in position — quietly or otherwise — to act as a crossing guard for any initiative.

The only reason this isn’t more obvious is because Harry Reid can’t even get his own agenda through the Senate with a ten-seat majority.  Boehner has barely had to flex since the beginning of the year.  This position is a lot better for Boehner than trying to shoehorn Obama’s initiatives through the GOP caucus after an uneven negotiation. Unless Reid starts finding some talent for compromise and pushes the agenda back to the center, Boehner won’t have to lift a finger.

That might be helped by more effort from the White House with the Senate Republicans.  Originally I thought this song should be dedicated to those Republicans pining for a call from the White House, but now I think it might be better sung from the West Wing.

Report: Obama asks Pentagon to draw up plan for no-fly zone in Syria: Bush 41 anyone? Obama the same as Bush

So yeah, looks like the White House probably approved of McCain’s trip.
Second look at isolationism?
The White House has asked the Pentagon to draw up plans for a no-fly zone inside Syria that would be enforced by the U.S. and other countries such as France and Great Britain, two administration officials told The Daily Beast…

President Obama’s dual-track strategy of continuing to pursue a political solution to the two-year-old uprising in Syria while also preparing for more direct U.S. military involvement includes authorizing the Joint Chiefs of Staff for the first time to plan for multilateral military actions inside Syria, the two officials said. They added that no decisions on actually using force have yet been made…

In a May 8 meeting of the National Security Council Principals Committee, the White House tasked several agencies with reporting on the pros and cons of two additional potential courses of action: arming vetted and moderate elements of the Syrian opposition, such as the Free Syrian Army, and formally recognizing the Syrian opposition council as the government of Syria, which would mean removing formal U.S. recognition of the Assad regime…
“This is a Kerry initiative,” an administration official said. “It’s also a test of the veracity of the Russian claims that they are committed to a peaceful outcome that reflects the will of the Syrian people.”
This is, I assume, chiefly a pressure tactic to make Assad nervous and concession-minded at the big peace powwow in Geneva next month. It’s also a lure to get the rebels to the table; right now they’re noncommittal about attending unless Assad first promises to step down, which won’t happen. As noted in the last post, everything’s coming up Bashar lately in Syria: Hezbollah’s vowed publicly to help him win the war, his troops are reclaiming territory needed to maintain their supply lines, and Russia’s sending anti-aircraft missiles to shoo the west away from imposing a no-fly zone. With that kind of momentum, Assad has no incentive to make a deal during peace talks. News about the Pentagon drawing up a NFZ plus the EU lifting its embargo on sending weapons to the rebels gives him something to think about. It’s Obama’s attempt at something of a game-changer without committing to actually doing anything.

Why would Assad take the threat seriously, though? The only way a NFZ will play politically for Obama with American voters is if it’s the same sort of turkey shoot that the Libyan NFZ was — which it won’t be. McCain told the Daily Beast that a realistic plan for a no-fly zone “would include hundreds of planes, and would be most effective if it included destroying Syrian airplanes on runways.” It’d be a huge, aggressive operation, and the presence of those Russian missiles means it might not be without casualties. How’s O going to explain American airmen being killed to influence a war between Sunni fundamentalists and a puppet of Shiite fundamentalists? Western air power would also likely be called on to shoot down Iranian aircraft carrying supplies to Assad, which would end the nuclear-talks charade between Iran and the west
(admittedly, not a bad thing) and widen the war in unpredictable ways. Compared to the potential costs, the benefits of intervention are too gassy to rally the public solidly behind military action. War in Libya could be sold as payback for Qaddafi, a longtime enemy and terror supporter (who became a kinda sorta friend in the past decade), and as a humanitarian gesture towards Libyans, whose political sympathies were more

obscure after decades of Qaddafism than the Syrian rebels’ are. Assad’s less well known to Americans and, after two years of Islamist flower under the Arab Spring, the fate of Syria after he’s gone is easy to predict. That’s a harsh landscape against which to make the case for a NFZ. Even McCain seems to think it’s a bluff.
If you missed this last month, watch a palpably skeptical Martin Dempsey explain the challenges of a no-fly zone.

Bromance Is Forever: Christie Wins Obama a Stuffed Teddy Bear on Boardwalk.

Last time President Obama and Gov. Chris Christie strolled along the Jersey shore together, the chill of fall was in the air. Now it’s summertime, the state is getting back on its feet after Hurricane Sandy, and it’s time for the rekindling of the bromance.

Christie waited for Obama at the base of Air Force One’s stairs in a light drizzle, sans umbrella, according to the White House pool report. Obama jogged down the steps to shake the governor’s hand and give him a bro slap on the shoulder.

The pair beamed as they shook hands along a rope line, then headed to Point Pleasant. A man with an anti-Obama sign gave the motorcade the finger as it rolled past

Obama and Christie chatted with a sand-castle designer looking to break a Guinness record, then moved on to the arcade where Christie won Obama a stuffed bear with a Chicago Bears sweatshirt in a game where you throw a football through a tire. Obama tried to win on his own but missed a few times before Christie scored on his first try, reminiscent of Sen. Saxby Chambliss’ hole-in-one versus Obama on the Andrews Air Force Base golf course.

The president high-fived and clasped hands with Christie after the bear win. “That’s because he’s running for office,” he said.

The pair lingered on the drizzly boardwalk while the press pool was sent back to the holding vans.
“Governor Christie and I just spent some time on the Point Pleasant boardwalk,” Obama subsequently told a crowd at Asbury Park. “I got a chance to see the world’s tallest sandcastle being built. We played some Touchdown Fever — I got to say, Christie got it in the tire the first try — although I did pay for his throws. I played a little Frog Bog, and Governor Christie’s kids taught me the right technique for hitting the hammer to get those frogs in the buckets the way I was supposed to. And, of course, I met with folks who are still rebuilding after Sandy.”

On Air Force One en route to New Jersey, White House press secretary Jay Carney was asked what the relationship between Christie and Obama is like.

“I wouldn’t want to speak for Governor Christie,” Carney said. “I know that the president has respect for Governor Christie and for his efforts on behalf of the citizens of New Jersey, and has found that focus to be key in creating the kind of coordination between federal, state and local entities that is so important when you have to recover from a storm like Sandy.”

How Obama, Hillary wrecked Libya Islamic law, terrorist training camps, al-Qaida headquarters.

TEL AVIV – A Library of Congress report that received almost no media attention detailed – one month before the deadly Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi – how al-Qaida established a major base of operations in Libya in the aftermath of the U.S.-NATO campaign that deposed Muammar Gadhafi and his secular regime.
The report documented al-Qaida and affiliated organizations were establishing terrorist training camps and pushing Taliban-style Islamic law in Libya while the new, Western-backed Libyan government incorporated jihadists into its militias.

he document named Benghazi as a new central headquarters for al-Qaida activities.
“Al-Qaeda adherents in Libya used the 2011 Revolution to establish well-armed, well-trained, and combat-experienced militias,” stated the report.

The report also said a terrorist released from the U.S. Guantanamo Bay detention camp in Cuba became the leader of the al-Qaida-affiliate Ansar Al-Sharia in Libya, which espoused anti-Western ideology.
The Martyrs of 17 February Brigade, which was hired by the State Department to protect the U.S. facility in Benghazi, operates under the Ansar-Al-Sharia banner.

The document said scores of Islamic extremists were freed from Libyan prison after the U.S.-supported revolution in Libya.

The August 2012 document was prepared by the Federal Research Division of the Library of Congress under an inter-agency agreement with the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office’s Irregular Warfare Support Program. It may shed new light on the terrorism threat in Libya leading up to the assaults on the U.S. facility and CIA annex in Benghazi.

Despite the growing al-Qaida activity, the U.S. facilities in Benghazi remained poorly protected.
While al-Qaida and other extremist groups were establishing their new headquarters in Libya, the Obama administration reportedly was eager to declare the U.S.-NATO campaign there a victory.

According to testimony by the No. 2 U.S. official in Tripoli, who served under murdered Ambassador Christopher Stevens, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton wanted the Benghazi facility turned into a permanent post ahead of her scheduled December 2012 visit to the country. A looming funding deadline may have been the reason that Stevens went to the compound the day of the attacks, the whistleblower charged.

Terrorist training camps
The report shows how various al-Qaida groups, including Al-Qaida Senior Leadership (AQSL) and Al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), have sought to take advantage of the downfall of Gadhafi to “create a safe haven and possibly to extend their area of operations to Libya.”

AQSL in Pakistan issued strategic guidance to followers in Libya and elsewhere to take advantage of the Libyan rebellion. Specifically, instructions were given to gather weapons, establish training camps, establish an Islamic state, and institute Shariah, the document relates.

At the time of the report’s release, al-Qaida’s clandestine network in Libya was “in an expansion phase, running training camps and media campaigns on social-media platforms.”

The Libyan revolution “may have created an environment conducive to jihad and empowered the large and active community of Libyan jihadists, which is known to be well connected to international jihad,” the document stated.

The Library of Congress report said Ansar al-Sharia, led by Sufian Ben Qhumu, a former Guantanamo detainee, has increasingly embodied al-Qaida’s presence in Libya.

Qhumu, formerly a driver for Osama bin Laden, was released by the U.S. in 2007 and was transferred to a Libyan prison where he remained until being freed in a 2010 amnesty deal.

Shariah confab
The report noted AQSL’s strategic goals remain “restoration of the caliphate, instituting sharia, and ending the Western presence in Muslim lands.”

“Al-Qaeda’s primary goal in Libya is to establish an Islamic emirate as part of its overall objective to reestablish the caliphate,” the report said.

“The al-Qaeda clandestine network in Libya is most likely espousing a Taliban-like religious orientation that calls for strict adherence to the practice and principles of Islam as interpreted by radical clerics.”
From June 7 to 8, 2012, there was a gathering of groups supporting Shariah openly held at Liberation Square in Benghazi. The event was hosted by Ansar al-Sharia and reportedly attended by at least 15 militias, including al-Qaida-affiliated organizations.

Libyan government and al-Qaida
The report noted the July 2012 elections in Libya “failed to generate a strong and unified national leadership that could address the chronic insecurity posed by the multiplicity of local militias, which al-Qaeda’s clandestine network has probably infiltrated.”

Further, the Western-backed National Transitional Council in Libya “never fully controlled the rebel movement.”

Following the 2012 elections, the Libyan army and police have reconstituted their ranks “by incorporating whole militias regardless of the militants’ background.”

Hillary eager to declare victory
While al-Qaida and other Islamic groups gained major ground in Libya following U.S. intervention there, Clinton worked plans for a symbolic victory in Benghazi, according to congressional testimony by Gregory Hicks, the former State Department deputy chief of mission and chargĂ© d’affairs who was in Libya at the time of the attack.

Under questioning from Rep. James Lankford, R-Okla., Hicks explained: “According to [Ambassador] Chris [Stevens], Secretary Clinton wanted Benghazi converted into a permanent constituent post. Timing for this decision was important. Chris needed to report before Sept. 30, the end of the fiscal year, on the physical and the political and security environment in Benghazi to support an action memo to convert Benghazi from a temporary facility to a permanent facility.”

Hicks revealed the directive came from the State Department Office of Near Eastern Affairs, headed by Acting Assistant Secretary Beth Jones. Money was available to be transferred to Benghazi from a State Department fund set aside for Iraq available, provided the funds transfer had been done by Sept. 30.
He further testified that in May 2012, during a meeting Clinton, Stevens promised he would give priority to making sure the U.S. facility at Benghazi was transformed into a permanent constituent post.
Hicks also explained Stevens wanted to make a symbolic gesture to the people of Benghazi that the United States “stood behind their dream of establishing a new democracy.”

Additionally, he wanted to have the Benghazi complex upgraded to a permanent constituent post, so Clinton could make the announcement in her planned visit to Libya before the end of 2012.

Toward the end of the hearing, the chairman, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., asked Hicks to summarize his testimony on why Stevens went to Benghazi.

“At least one of the reasons Ambassador Stevens was in Benghazi was to further the secretary’s wish that that post become a permanent constituent post and that he was also there because we understood the secretary intended to visit Tripoli later in the year,” Hicks reiterated. “We hoped that she would be able to announce to the Libyan people the establishment of a permanent constituent post in Benghazi at that time.”
Clinton and the U.S. diplomatic staff in Libya reportedly were aware of the terrorist camps in Benghazi. Fox News reported last year the U.S. mission in Benghazi convened an “emergency meeting” in August 2012 to discuss the training camps.

The news network obtained a government cable addressed to Clinton’s office stating the U.S. diplomats in Libya were briefed “on the location of approximately ten Islamist militias and AQ training camps within Benghazi … these groups ran the spectrum from Islamist militias, such as the QRF Brigade and Ansar al-Sharia, to ‘Takfirist thugs.’”

Hacking Overshadows Obama's Push for Closer US-China Ties.

BEIJING (AP) — U.S. National Security Adviser Tom Donilon has pushed for stronger military relations with China as part of preparations for a summit next month between President Barack Obama and China's Xi Jinping.

However, difficulties establishing trust between the sides were underscored by new revelations Tuesday that China used cyberattacks to access data from nearly 40 Pentagon weapons programs and almost 30 other defense technologies, ranging from missile defense systems to the F-35 joint strike fighter.
The disclosure was included in a Defense Science Board report released earlier this year, but is only now being discussed publicly. It came shortly after Donilon wrapped up discussions with Chinese officials in Beijing and as Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel was heading to Southeast Asia for multinational talks on issues including the escalating cyberthreat.

While officials have been warning for years about China's cyber espionage efforts aimed at U.S. military and high-tech programs, the breadth of the list underscored how routine the attacks have become.
Donilon did not directly mention hacking in his opening comments at a meeting Tuesday morning with Gen. Fan Changlong, a vice chairman of the commission overseeing China's armed forces.
Instead, he emphasized that nontraditional military activities such as peacekeeping, disaster relief and anti-piracy operations offer opportunities to boost cooperation and "contribute to greater mutual confidence and understanding."

A "healthy, stable, and reliable military-to-military relationship" is an essential part of overall China-U.S. ties, Donilon said at the start of the meeting at China's hulking Defense Ministry building in central Beijing.
Donilon met with a range of Chinese officials over two days to hammer out plans for the June 7-8 summit, the first face-to-face meeting between the presidents since Obama's re-election and Xi's promotion to Communist Party chief last November.

Their informal summit at the private Sunnylands estate of the late publishing tycoon Walter Annenberg in southern California will come months before the two leaders had been originally scheduled to meet, underscoring concerns that the U.S-China relationship was drifting.

Xi told Donilon on Monday that relations were at a critical juncture, and that the sides must now "build on past successes and open up new dimensions for the future."

Building trust between their militaries is one of the main challenges the sides face in seeking to stop a drift in relations, troubled by issues from trade disputes to allegations of Chinese cyberspying.

A White House statement issued after Tuesday's meeting emphasized the need to cooperate further on North Korea, cyber-security, climate change and stability in Asia. It called the upcoming summit a "unique and important opportunity" to discuss U.S.-China relations and regional and global challenges facing both countries.

Although Washington and Beijing have talked about boosting military cooperation for more than a decade, distrust runs high and disagreements over Taiwan, North Korea and China's assertive claims to disputed territories in the East and South China seas remain potential flashpoints.

The U.S. has repeatedly questioned the purpose of China's heavy military buildup over the past two decades, while Beijing is deeply suspicious of Washington's new focus on military alliances in Asia and plans to redeploy more weaponry and troops to the Asia-Pacific region.

Steps to increase benign interactions between their militaries have been modest so far, including joint anti-piracy drills in the Gulf of Aden and a classroom natural disaster response simulation. The U.S. has also invited China to take part in large U.S.-led multinational naval exercises, though China has not said if it would participate.

Apart from purely military issues, distrust has deepened as the U.S. feels its world leadership challenged and China, its power growing, demands greater deference to its interests and a larger say over global rule-setting. Chinese officials and state media regularly say Washington is thwarting China's rise by hemming Beijing in through its Asian alliances and discouraging Chinese investment in the U.S. on grounds of national security.
U.S. officials have been far more open about discussing the China cyberattacks over the past year or two, beginning with a November 2011 report by U.S. intelligence agencies that accused China of systematically stealing American high-tech data for its own national economic gain. The Pentagon, meanwhile, in its latest report on China's military power, asserted publicly for the first time that Beijing's military was likely behind computer-based attacks targeting federal agencies.

"In 2012, numerous computer systems around the world, including those owned by the U.S. government, continued to be targeted for intrusions, some of which appear to be attributable directly to the Chinese government and military," said the report, which was released earlier this month.

Obama’s Cultural Transformation Of America: DOJ Tells Employees to Verbally Affirm Homosexuality: Christians are frightened and terrified of losing their jobs,” Staver told Fox News. “You just can’t keep you head down and do your job. Now you have to become an advocate for the LGBT agenda – and if you don’t – the DOJ will consider that to be intolerant.

The Department of Justice has been accused of religious intolerance and viewpoint discrimination after workers were sent an email directing them to verbally affirm homosexuality, according to a law firm specializing in religious liberty and now representing a DOJ whistleblower.

Liberty Counsel said DOJ employees were emailed a brochure called “LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers.” The brochure was created as a resource from DOJ Pride, an association of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees of the DOJ.

A Department of Justice spokesperson did not return calls seeking comment. Fox News also reached out to DOJ Pride for comment – but emails were not answered.

Among the directives in the brochure is an order for workers to vocally affirm homosexuality.
“Don’t judge or remain silent,” the brochure read. “Silence will be interpreted as disapproval.”
They were also told to post “DOJ Pride” stickers in their office to indicate “that it is a safe place.”
One gay DOJ employee is quoted in the directive; “Silence seems like disapproval. There’s still an atmosphere of LGBT issues not being appropriate for the workplace (particularly for transgender people), or that people who bring it up are trying to rock the boat.”

Mat Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel, said every American should be outraged by the DOJ orders.
“This administration is pushing the most radical, immoral agenda on the American people,” Staver said. “Christians are not merely required to ‘shut up,’ but now they are being coerced to embrace immorality that goes against their sincerely held religious beliefs.”

Liberty Counsel is representing an unidentified female DOJ worker in Washington, D.C. who received the brochure.

Staver said the woman is terrified she might lose her job unless she publicly affirms homosexuality – and she’s not the only one.

“Christians are frightened and terrified of losing their jobs,” Staver told Fox News. “You just can’t keep you head down and do your job. Now you have to become an advocate for the LGBT agenda – and if you don’t – the DOJ will consider that to be intolerant.”

Staver said the idea that Christians who might oppose homosexuality have to put up a pro-gay symbol in their office smacks of thought police.

“Under this directive, one cannot be a Christian and a manager at the Department of Justice,” he said. “How does one who believes in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Bible display ‘gay pride’ stickers?”

Liberty Counsel vice president Matt Barber told Fox News the DOJ has created an extremely hostile work environment for Christians.

“This is ‘1984’ just a few decades late,” Barber said. “This is so Orwellian. President Obama said he intended to fundamentally transform America. That’s exactly what they are doing and they are doing it within the Department of Justice.”

Barber said some female DOJ workers have also expressed concerns about transgender workers using their bathroom facilities.

“They (DOJ leaders) have said if you are uncomfortable with a man in a skirt using the facilities – then tough – you need to get over it,” Barber told Fox News.

The brochure quoted a male employee who dresses like a woman: “I want people to understand that I’m real. I want to be recognized as the gender I really am…Just imagine if people were constantly debating YOUR bathroom privileges. Imagine how humiliating that would be.”

Workers were also told to use “inclusive” words like partner or significant other – rather than traditional terms like husband or wife. They were also told to use a transgender person’s chosen name and the pronoun that is consistent with the person’s self-identified gender.

DOJ employees were told to stop using phrases like “gay lifestyle” or “sexual preference” –because those words are “considered by many as offensive.”

Barber said it was a form of sexual harassment.

“If you feel sexually harassed and complain about it – then you are the one who could get in trouble – because you’ve violated the transgender person’s rights,” he said.

ACLJ Announces Official Lawsuits from 25 Conservative Groups Against the IRS

The scandal plaguing the IRS has just taken another twist as the agency is being hit with lawsuits filed in district court by the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) on behalf of many groups who claim they been unfairly targeted by the tax agency.

ACLJ’s Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow announced this morning that he was filing “an inch-thick” complaint from 25 groups. Sekulow also believes that original complaint will be amended next week to “add another dozen or so groups.”
Jay Sekulow Announced IRS suits from targeted groups
Jay Sekulow announced Federal lawsuits against IRS in targeting
Among ACLJ’s evidence that this was not a low-level problem created by two rogue employees in Cincinnati:
  • 15 letters to various groups demanding answers to IRS questions were all hand-signed by Lois Lerner. (as seen on TheBlaze on 5/17)
  • At least 4 different offices were involved over the past year and a half.
  • Jay Carney claimed the targeting stopped in May of 2012, one of Jay’s clients has a letter from May of this year.

According to ACLJ’s lead counsel, Jay Sekulow, “The White House knew there was a problem with the agency’s approach because the Deputy Treasury Secretary was aware of it, the White House counsel was aware of it. And the chief of staff was aware of the problem. It goes higher than Lois Lerner.”

During Sekulow’s appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” he clearly stated his belief that the IRS treatment of his clients had risen to the level of “harassment.” Sekulow also believes that the problem came from above Lois Lerner, but would not speculate that it went all the way to the White House.

'Pro-Family' March Brings 250,000+ To The Streets Of Paris: It Brought Tears to Our Eyes’: American Describes Witnessing Thousands in Paris March Against Gay Marriage

Although France officially legalized gay marriage last month, organizers of an anti-gay marriage — or “pro-family” — parade decided to go forward with a planned demonstration Sunday — and hundreds of thousands turned out.

Sandy Glass from Naperville, Illinois, was in Paris and witnessed the parade unexpectedly, telling TheBlaze she and her husband estimated more than 250,000 people were present.

“It brought tears to our eyes,” Glass, a conservative and Glenn Beck fan, said in a phone interview.
“We go to France a lot and thought it was another left wing protest,” she said later, recalling that last year they found themselves in the middle of a Socialist rally.

When they followed the noise and witnessed what she described as “pro-family” signs, Glass said she realized “oh, we’re not the only ‘crazy’ ones,” explaining that it is “sometimes very difficult to be on the right in America.”

The Associated Press reported there being about 5,000 police present for the demonstration, due to clashes that have occurred in other anti-gay marriage protests.

But Glass said the event was very well organized and even seemed to have its own security detail.
“Nobody bothered these people,” she said, noting that people on the street were giving thumbs up and people in balconies were cheering. ”
Here are some photos from the event:

The plan of French protesters, according to Glass, is to vote out lawmakers with whom they hold opposition in 2014.

The Honeymoon is Over: Half of Americans Want to See Obama Impeached:

Obama Fail

I would like to take you back to a time not too long ago. Think back to 2008 and early 2009 and recall the nauseating Obama-hysteria that made Beatlemania look tame by comparison. Children’s books were written about the gloriousness of Barack Obama and the cult-like worship took on an unsettling momentum.
People adorned themselves with his ominous image and the buzzwords were- you guessed it- “hope” and “change.” Americans were promised change and told that hope was a good thing. While I never bought into the con, even I was naĂŻve as I could not have fathomed just how terrible a president the community organizer would be.

Now let’s fast-forward to present day. Where are the “hope” tee shirts with Obama staring dreamily upward? Where are the messengers and Johnny-come-lately political know-it-alls who assert that Obama will change everything and the country is now saved? The dorm room walls of rebellious college students who read Marx for the first time have gone from Che to Obama and are now festooned with a picture of George W. Bush as the students who can’t find work mutter, “I guess he wasn’t so bad.”

According to a recent poll conducted by the public-opinion research and media consulting company Wenzel Strategies, half of Americans want to see President Obama impeached.
That includes a surprising one in four Democrats.
Fritz Wenzel, who conducted the poll, noted,
“Half or nearly half of those surveyed said they believed Obama should be impeached for the trifecta of scandals now consuming Washington.”

“It may be early in the process for members of Congress to start planning for impeachment of Barack Obama, but the American public is building a serious appetite for it.”
When discussing the Benghazi attack and the Obama Administration’s cover-up, the poll found that 50.1 percent of Americans said Obama should be impeached. That included 27.6 percent of the responding Democrats.

When discussing the IRS scandal that had the Obama Administration’s IRS targeting Tea Party and conservative groups for harassment, 49 percent said they agree that impeachment is appropriate, including 24.4 percent of the responding Democrats.

When discussing the AP scandal where the Obama Administration’s Justice Department broadly surveilled the phone records of reporters for, what seems to be, no justifiable reason, the poll found that 48.6 percent thought impeachment is appropriate. That included 26.1 percent of the responding Democrats.
When we juxtapose the current feelings about the Obama Administration with how America felt early in his first term, the fall from grace is as incredible as it is satisfying. Obama’s “administration of transparency” has become the most corrupt and villainous administration that this country has ever known. Even with a lapdog media softening the blows, Americans are still fed up with the criminal who occupies the White House.

Texas official: Obama playing politics with U.S. border:

Mexican drug cartels are running rampant across the Texas border, and the federal government is doing little to impede their smuggling and violence, says the Lone Star State’s Agriculture Commissioner, Todd Staples.
Staples, who addressed the House Immigration Reform Caucus on border security and immigration issues last week, is one of a cavalcade of local officials and interested parties making their way to Washington, DC as the Senate considers the “Gang of Eight” omnibus immigration bill.

But his advocacy for farmers and ranchers in Texas, he told The Daily Caller, gives Staples a special perspective on the immigration issue. Texans along the southern border, he said, feel like they’re living in a no-man’s land and must fend for themselves in the absence of federal enforcement.

“The Constitution says it’s the federal government’s duty to protect against incursion from foreign invasion. I can’t think of a better way to describe this,” says Staples, who is running for lieutenant governor of Texas in 2014, largely on an immigration-reform platform.  The state gets short shrift compared to California and Arizona, Staples said. “People have a right to defend themselves.”

He’s not referring to groups like the Minutemen but to ranchers and farmers defending themselves against armed marauders. “What the federal government has done is create a situation in which it’s impossible for good men and women to tell the difference between thugs who want to do harm and illegal immigrants just looking for work.”

In his book “Broken Border, Broken Promises,” Staples describes constituents who have gun battles with cartels, others who have fled hostile

intruders and some who narrowly avoided kidnapping.

Staples, whose department in 2011 ordered a “Strategic Military Assessment” of immigration from retired Army general and former drug czar Barry McCaffrey, says Washington needs to pay closer attention to links among South and Central American regimes, criminal networks and fanatical foreign powers. He advocates naming Mexican cartels as terrorist groups and adopting some of the military hardware now at play on the Afghan-Pakistan border along America’s southern border.
“Military mobilization is not what I’m suggesting,” Staples said. “Just a commitment to security, but we have to have the will. Unfortunately, it’s not evident in this administration.”

Obama Threatens UK With Economic Penalties if it Leaves EU.

During Cameron’s visit, Obama bizarrely inserted himself into a national debate within the UK over whether to leave the European Union urging Brits to fix their relationship with the EU, rather than “breaking it off”.

Now Obama Inc. is making it clear that a proposed US-European trade agreement will not include the UK if it withdraws and that no separate agreement will be negotiated.
The Obama administration has warned British officials that if the UK leaves Europe it will exclude itself from a US-EU trade and investment partnership potentially worth hundreds of billions of pounds a year, and that it was very unlikely that Washington would make a separate deal with Britain.
There is no reason to tell this to UK officials who are probably less retarded than their American counterparts the obvious. Just as during the Cameron visit, we’re looking at stage managed statements pre-arranged between Cameron and Obama’s people.

The so-called Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership is largely imaginary. Its prospects in the Senate aren’t that good and France and some other European countries don’t much care for it. The European Parliament is already scaling down the proposed pact and by the time everyone sticks in their exceptions, there won’t be much of an agreement left.

The TTP agreement would make far more sense if it were between the United States and the United Kingdom, but its whole purpose is bait to keep the UK in the EU. It’s a carrot being held out on a long stick to offer the promise of benefits that will never materialize if only UK voters give up their flirtation with independence.
